At Nine West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items pass our quality inspection.
